Returns Policy

Our returns policy is uncomplicated:

We offer a no quibble returns policy.

If you are not happy with your reading glasses, we will give you a full refund for the glasses (postage excluded!).

For instance if you feel they don't suit you or they are uncomfortable, just return them.  Don't forget to include your name and address and if possible your order number.  Don't worry if you can't find it - we will. As we are generous with our terms we don't expect our customers to take advantage of us.

Usual conditions apply, glasses must be returned in original case and undamaged. Please return within 21 days.

If glasses are faulty we will offer you a full refund or a replacement pair - whatever suits you. We will do our utmost to make sure you are pleased with our glasses and our service.
